The purchase
When you complete your order at happyfender you enter into a purchase agreement with us. The order is handled securely at checkout.
Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.
Shipping and delivery countries
At the moment we ship within Sweden and to Finland. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping applies within Sweden when the order value after the launch offer exceeds SEK 1500. Shipping to Finland is charged as shown at checkout. Deliveries within the EU are made without customs duties.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Available methods are shown before purchase.
Pre-order
Part of the range is sold as pre-order. We then produce in batches and you secure your place when you order. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation. Payment is made at the time of order.
Order confirmation
After purchase we send an order confirmation to your email address. Keep it — it is your receipt.
Your details
You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details. Incorrect details may lead to delayed or failed delivery.
