Shipping & delivery
We would rather be clear about delivery times than promise faster than we can deliver.
Pre-order
happyfender is sold fully or partly as pre-order. We produce in batches and you secure your place when you order. The product page shows whether an item is a pre-order.
Estimated delivery
For the current pre-order batch, estimated delivery is 15 August. The date is our honest estimate and is also shown on each product page.
If the delivery date changes
If anything affects the delivery, we contact you by email as soon as we know. You should never have to wonder what is happening with your order.
Shipping cost
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. You see the total before you pay.
Free shipping over SEK 1500 after the launch offer
Free shipping applies within Sweden when the order value after the launch offer exceeds SEK 1500. No code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.
Where we ship
At the moment we ship within Sweden and to Finland. Choose your country at checkout and the shipping cost is calculated automatically before you pay.
Free shipping over SEK 1500 applies within Sweden only. Shipping to Finland is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
Deliveries within the EU (Sweden and Finland) are made without customs duties. Any VAT or handling fee in the receiving country is paid by you as the customer and is not included in the checkout price.
Delivery address
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check that everything is correct before completing your purchase.
